Epocure Stave Co. is only interested in the building the finest barrels and oak alternatives. To achieve this, we rely on advanced technology and improved processes that make it possible to progress in the coopering world.

 

We are passionate about the selection and classification of our oak and we maintain complete control over the process through our 100% vertically integrated facility. Our logs, seasoning yard, sawmill and cooperage are all managed on our own property.

 

Our exclusive and patented horizontal rotating toasting (TRH) allows for unmatched precision in the toasting process and a customization that can meet the needs of winemakers everywhere.

Our exclusive TRH system utilizes ceramic plates controlled through computer programming. This allows us to toast barrels with complete control over the time and temperature curve. This creates profiles that may be reproduced at any time regardless of external conditions.
